Wake It Up Smoothie

The moment I drank this smoothie my organs began to flame up just a bit. The ginger sparked my spirit to be more alert and steady. There was something about this combination that made me feel balanced. So I would more than likely try to make this smoothie more often. You should give this smoothie a dry as a desert or perhaps before a big day ahead of you.

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 half dollar size slices of ginger
  • 2 small oranges
  • cranberries
  • spinach
  • 1 frozen banana, 1 ripe banana
  • chia seeds
