Veggie & Shrimp Pasta

The same meal you’d find in the frozen food isle that will last ONE NIGHT, is about the same price to cook it fresh and last a few days. Less Calories and Non-Processed.

Time: 10-20 min.

Ingredients:
– Penne Pasta (boiled)
– Red & Green peppers
– Arugula
– Tomatoes
– Garlic
– Onion
– Salad Shrimp $2.50 @ Walmart
– Seasoning: salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, complete seasoning
– Fine Red Wine Vinegar

Directions:
– Steam all veggies and shrimp in one pot (med-high heat)
– Add red wine vinegar and seasonings to veggies
– Mix veggies with cooked pasta on the stove
– Serve and enjoy!
