Potato Sticks – 5 min prep, 45 min bake
Veggie Balls Ingredients & Instructions :
- 2 can black beans
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Onion
- Chopped Kale
- Baby carrots
- 1 Bell Pepper
- Herbal Seasonings
- 1/4 cup Flax Seed, 1/4 cup water
- Combine rice/Quinoa, black beans, Kale, bell peppers, carrots, onion, garlic, Flax seed, and vegetable broth in a separate bowl.
- Stir together until sticky.
- Form balls with your hands and place on a sprayed foiled pan.
- When finished, place in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 min.
Potato Sticks Ingredients & Instructions
1 Russet Potato
Kosher Salt & Ground Pepper
Herbal Seasonings: Basil, Parsley, Oregano
- Slice potato in small slices then place in a bowl
- Drizzle (not drown) olive oil onto potatoes
- Season potatoes with seasonings
- Spray cooking sheet or foil with cooking spray
- Place potatoes on metal cooking sheet
- Bake on 450 degrees for 45 min. or until golden
