- Olive Oil
– Boil pasta
– Chop up all veggies (including tofu)
– Drizzle a little bit of olive oil on tofu in a bowl. Then season tofu: salt, pepper, herbal seasonings.
– Fry to tofu in olive oil
– Once tofu is finished, use the little oil that is left to saute veggies.
– Once veggies are done, add fried tofu to the pan with tomato sauce.
– Serve on cooked pasta with a side of spinach
