Parsley-Pasta Dish

Time: 5-10 min.


  • Macaroni Pasta
  • 1 Roma Tomato
  • 4 Stems of Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Tsp of Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbs of Olive Oil
  • Broccoli


  • Pasta should already be cooked
  • Start steaming broccoli a small pot
  • Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet (med-high heat)
  • Chop tomatoes, garlic, and parsley. Add to skillet once hot.
  • Add salt, pepper, and complete seasoning
  • Simmer for 1 minute (DO NOT BROWN OR OVERCOOK)
  • Add cooked pasta to skillet
  • Stir until ready
  • Serve and Enjoy!
