Time: 5-10 min.
- Macaroni Pasta
- 1 Roma Tomato
- 4 Stems of Fresh Parsley
- 1 Tsp of Minced Garlic
- 2 Tbs of Olive Oil
- Pasta should already be cooked
- Start steaming broccoli a small pot
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet (med-high heat)
- Chop tomatoes, garlic, and parsley. Add to skillet once hot.
- Add salt, pepper, and complete seasoning
- Simmer for 1 minute (DO NOT BROWN OR OVERCOOK)
- Add cooked pasta to skillet
- Stir until ready
- Serve and Enjoy!
