Low Carb Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients:

1 Head of cauliflower
6 boiled eggs
1/3 cup of miracle whip or mayo (I used mayo)
3 tbs Mustard
3 tbs Pickled Relish
1/8 cup of chopped onion
4 sticks of celery (chop)
3 sticks of crab meat (chop)
Salt, pepper, parsley

Directions:

1. Boil eggs, rinse, peel, and separate yokes and whites in a bowl.
2. Mash yolk and cut whites into small pieces
3. Mix whites and yolk together
4. Steam Cauliflower (wait about 3 minutes when you see the water at the bottom bubbling so that you won’t overcook it)
5. Drain cauliflower
6. Mix mustard, mayo, relish
7. Mix onion, celery, crab, mayo, mustard, relish, egg & yolks in a bowl
8. Add cauliflower with mixture
9. Sprinkle salt, pepper, parsley and other seasonings you may like together
