Inspired Walnut Granola Bars

Time: Prep 10 min, Bake 20 min

Grocery List:

  • Nature’s Valley Granola Bars (Or granola)
  • Walnuts
  • Shredded Coconuts
  • Dried Dates
  • Shredded Coconuts
  • Flaxseed
  • Honey


  • 1 pack of 2-bar granola (Nature’s Valley)
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 3/4 cup shredded coconuts
  • 5 dried dates
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 2 tbs honey


  • Place all ingredients inside a food processor (I used a blender)
  • Make sure ingredients are slightly sticking together. No too crumbly and not too gooey. Should be able to crumble in a ball.
  • Place in a small dish with parchment paper and press down towards the edges, evening every out.
  • Put dish in oven at 350° for 20 min. then take out and let cool down
  • Cut into pieces and serve
