Boost of Banana Smoothie
&
Fresh Fruit!

Great for fasting!

Time: 5 min.

Ingredients:
– Bananas chopped (2)
– Almonds (1/4 cup)
– Cinnamon (1 tsp)
– Coconut Milk (1 cup)
– Half Sliced Apple Skinned
– Ice (1/2 cup)

Directions:
– Add all ingredients to blender
– Blend until smooth
– Add choice of fruit on the side
– Enjoy!
