Today is Day 3 of my Raw Vegan Experiment and I decided to make a smoothie. It has been ages since I made a smoothie! Today I tried something different. The results fulfilling. I drank my smoothie at 7:30 AM and I was full up to about noon. It was a perfect start to my day and I have all the nutrients that I need. Give my Sweet Berry Smoothie a try and you won’t be let down.
Time: 10 minutes
- 4 ripe bananas (freeze 2)
- 1 kiwi
- 1 pack of Blackberries
- I pack of cranberries
- Shredded coconut
- Chia seeds
- Moringa (or Powdered vitamins or protein)
Step #1 – Cut all fruit and place in a blender.
Add 2/4 cup of water in blender. Add 2 tbsp of chia seeds.
Step #2 – Blend until smooth. Top with chia seeds.
Step #3 – Enjoy! 🙂
