Potato Protein Dish

  
Time: 10-20 min.

Ingredients:

  • Rice (your choice)
  • Peas
  • Pinto Beans (if canned, rinse and add water)
  • 1 Russet Potato (slice)

Directions:

  • Cook rice
  • Cook beans
  • Steam peas
  • Boil potatoes. When soft, remove water and season with herbs and choice of seasoning
